    Thank you for your feedback!
The plugin does support the Gutenberg editor — the visual indication there is a bit less prominent due to some technical constraints, but the slug translation works in both editors.
If it’s not working on your setup, it might be caused by a conflict with another plugin or some other local issue. If you’d like, feel free to share more details and I’ll be happy to help troubleshoot it.

    Hi,

Translation is not happening at all when I create new Page in Guternberg for me (didn’t tried with Posts yet). Missing indication is totally fine for me, the main goal to not manually translate slug.

I’m still developing the site, installed such plugins, didn’t activated all of them yet:

    “wpackagist-plugin/fluent-smtp”: “2.2.92”,
    “wpackagist-plugin/safe-svg”: “2.4.0”,
    “wpackagist-plugin/admin-slug-column”: “1.6.1”,
    “wpackagist-plugin/haayal-ai-slug-translator”: “0.7.3”,
“wpackagist-plugin/akismet”: “5.5”, turned off for now
“wpackagist-plugin/wordpress-seo”: “26.2”, turned off for now
“wpackagist-plugin/google-site-kit”: “1.164.0”, turned off for now

and i’m using free Medicall theme (https://wordpress.org/themes/medicall/)

I’m using Firefox for local development on Ubuntu 22. (Didn’t tried in Chrome, just understood that it may be a browser issue as well, cause Gutenberg is a complex UX for browser)

So no complex customization were done yet to the site. Just theme and few plugins. Site already had pages and posts before I start working on new version, I removed all outdated plugins and themes and installed the list above.

Hope this will help to troubleshoot. If you need any more information – just ask.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and for taking the time to describe what’s happening on your site – it’s truly appreciated.

Just a quick clarification: the plugin doesn’t make any changes immediately after installation. To get things running, please make sure you’ve enabled automatic translations for pages and posts.
You can find all the relevant options in the settings page (Settings > AI Slug Translator).

At the bottom of that page you’ll also see a log section – if anything isn’t working as expected, the log usually shows exactly what went wrong.

Thanks again for your detailed input and for helping make the plugin better!
