    go into the file simple-booking-form.php
    which is in /wp-content/plugins/simple-booking-form-wordpress-plugin
    download it then find the line;

    for ($cit=1;$cit<12;$cit++) {

    and alter the <12 to <7

    that way the option will only give you 1 to 6
