This is a great plugin, but I’ve enabled guest ticket creation and disabled user registration on my site.
The problem is when a guest creates a ticket I don’t see the guests email address in the wpsc Support Tickets admin panel anywhere. Therefore I don’t know whom I am talking to and I am only able to verify or distinguish people based on ticket subject.
Why does an email address need to be filled in before a ticket needs to be created if it isn’t forwarded to my WordPress site?
Please add the feature to forward the guest email address with the ticket or fix the bug if it is one.
