My issue is that Email sends for new posts, but for group users who have 'All Email' selected, and who did not initiate the post or reply to the post.. they don't get the 'replied' conversation. Is it designed this way?
Eg If I have 3 users, User1,User2,User3 all belong to the same group. All have 'All Email' selected. Group admin has 'All Email' selected. When User3 posts an update, they all get the email. When user2 replies to user3, User1 does not get an email.

The Email Log plugin helped to identify the missing email.
Any thoughts? Is there a work around for this?
