No ‘Get Tickets’ button

    I’ve enabled Tribe Commerce, linked to Paypal, setup an event with tickets, added a price and now on the event page I can change the ticket quantity but there is no ‘Get Tickets’ button. I can’t figure out why now.
    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    Following the link, the tickets are no longer for sale, so I am not able to see the issue you reported.

    I do see that you are using the Avada theme, which has their own customizations for the events and tickets plugins. Do you still see the same issue when temporarily switching to the Twenty Twenty theme and disabling all other plugins, including “Fusion”? If not, re-enable everything one at a time until the issue returns to find the source of the conflict.

    If you are still seeing the issue with the troubleshooting configuration, can you create another event/ticket farther in the future, and share the link here so we can see what you are experiencing?
