• Hello,
I am having an issue with the Geocoder Engine field in the admin under the Form settings. I have a demo site setup running Gravity Forms and this plugin and it works just as it should. I select the OSM Nominatim full address from the drop down and everything is fine.

However, when installing it on the production site, there are no options for that field, just an empty drop down.

Both sites are running the same theme and same versions of everything (WordPress 4.9.4, Gravity Forms 2.2.6) I did try rolling back the Gravity Forms plugin to 2.2.5 and it still doesn’t work.

I did also try the Twentyseventeen theme also. Same thing.

Since it works on one site and not the other, I’m thinking it’s maybe something to do with the hosting environment(?) The production site is being hosted on Flywheel as a managed WordPress site but the demo site is on a VPS of ours.

Any idea as to why it would work on one site and not the other?

So I noticed that as a workaround I could manually go into the _rg_form_meta table and assign the “OSM Nominatim full address” to the “which encoder:” in the display meta field and functionality wise it does work on the front end.

Still no option under the Form Settings in the admin but when editing the form itself all of the full geocoding options are there.

Kind of a hack but it gets the job done. If it helps anyone else.

Oh side note…another thing I noticed is that on my VPS, in PHPMyAdmin there are a set of “Functions” separate from the “Tables”. On the managed Flywheel hosting they aren’t there and there’s no way to import or add them. Not sure if those Functions have anything to do with why it works on one site and not the other.
