Hi there,
I recommend following our guide which makes compatible new properties: https://www.monsterinsights.com/how-to-properly-setup-google-analytics-in-wordpress/
For v4 without Universal compatibility mode, we’re currently waiting on Google to finalize and release some of the missing APIs currently, but we’ve got our full team working on supporting it.

There is no way to create a UA in Google Analytics. No Advanced Options as shown in your post.
If I create a new property, I cannot find any way to get a UA. I also cannot find anything about Universal compatibility mode. New properties are automatically created in v4.
Does this mean I cannot use Monster Insights with any newly created properties??
If you click on Advanced Options, you have the option to create a UA
But what about if you have already created the property? Can you convert it after the fact?
I deleted and started over.
Hi there,
Just an update, as of this morning MonsterInsights starting with version 8.0 fully supports GAv4 properties, including the ability to dual track into both a v3 and a v4 property at the same time.
