No functionality related to external urls is working

    I think my web host settings need to be looked at, as I have the feeling that they’re responsible for a variety of strange behaviour on my blog. I wonder if anyone who knows stuff about LAMPP could shed some light?

    Not working:

    * Scheduled posts (always missed)
    * RSS import widget doesn’t fetch feeds (which are valid)
    * Broken link checker plugin reports all links to pages hosted on my server as broken (they’re not).

    Any ideas?

    Another thing that’s not working:

    * DB Backup plugin should auto backup once a week – it doesn’t work either.

    Am I completely alone on this? Any help whatsoever would be fantastic…
