• Purchased the pro version but realised it didn’t have the feature I was looking for, so I requested for a full refund. However, I only got a partial refund because the seller said that they will not refund the gateway fee. It is not fair to consumers because it wasn’t stated anywhere else on the website when I purchased. In the T&C page it also mentioned full refund without any clause.

    Those interested can go to archive.org to find their T&C page in case they updated it.
