Support » Plugin: WooCommerce Shipping & Tax » No Flat Rate Box Option – URGENT

I have been using WooCommerce Services to print shipping labels in WooCommerce. Up until the new update we had the option of Flat Rate boxes through the Plugin, but since the update today I can no longer find that selection.
    Only
    USPS – Media Mail
    USPS – Parcel Select Mail
    USPS – Priority Mail
    USPS – Express Mail.

I can effectively no longer send out an order that needs to be sent out ASAP because of this. I have tried clearing my cache on both cloudflare and my browser but it did not solve the issue. I have also submitted a ticket about this, but so far no response.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

You may need to add the flat rate boxes as an available package option. The documentation section about how to do that from the settings can be found here: Manage Packages
Here are the relevant steps to add flat rate packages (or any service packages):

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > WooCommerce Services > Packages.
    2. Select Add package. The Add a Package screen displays.
    3. Select Service package and tick the box of one or more of the options available from the courier.
    4. Add packages.

Prior to the 1.22 release, flat rate packages were added by default, but now they must be added to the list of packages, so you can customize the list of available packages for your needs.
