No file selected on [upload] submit returns 404 page

    Thanks, it has been there for as long as I can remember but slips me up often as the browse button is way above a whole lot of info you get distracted reading 😉

    Perhaps moving [Browse] for file, below the method of replace would also save us ‘users’ from missing this important step 😉
