No feedback on form after submission of payment (3 posts)

    After using the form, there is no user feedback saying that the payment has gone through. We need some way of communicating that their payment has gone through, both on the interface itself and with an email to the user.

    If this is supposed to happen, which I thought it was, it's not working on the current version.

    So this does happen at the top of the modal, the same place where you would see failed transactions or errors. What do you get?

    s33ca: Is the payment actually going through?

    We had a problem where the transaction was hanging. To fix it we went into the WP Stripe settings and clicked save.

    I'm guessing the new version added some settings dependencies.
