    Have you tried following the steps outlined on our Feed Items not importing page? If not, please have a go through them and let us know the results.

    Have you checked your cron status as well? To check the cron status, since you already have WP Crontrol plugin installed on your site, you just need to visit the Tools > Cron Events page.

    If you see any bad cron on this page, as shown here, please let us know.
