    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback.
I think maybe it is applied customized to also your user role group.
Could you please confirm the user roles settings?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I’ve selected the role to ‘Schrijver’ and the role of the user is also a ‘Schrijver’. So that could not be the problem I guess…

    Hi,

    Thank you for your screenshots.
But I’m sorry I don’t know why you have problem.

I also tried in the similar way.
Feature Image has been displayed on the Administrator.

    Possible causes of the problem.

    • You(admin) have hide check the metabox for feature image.
    • Hide settings customize on the CSS in Plugins/Themes.

    Could you please check them?
And did you have problem is only feature image?(also categories?, also tags?)

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    Thanks.

As a admin I can see the featured image.
I only have problems with the featured image. I don’t have problems wit the categories, tags etc.

How can I check the CSS settings? And where exactly?

    Regards,
    Daniel

    Hi,

    Thank you for your checked.
    But I’m sorry,

As a admin I can see the featured image.

I misunderstand is not appear for Administrator.
I don’t have clearly for your problem.

You have customize to hide the Feature Image of manage metabox for Schrijver,
so Schrijver is not possible add/edit the feature image, because Schrijver is not displayed the Feature Image metabox.
I think this is correctly work.

Could you please your problem details?(images, movie, etc…)

    Thanks,
    gqevu6bsiz

I was having the same problem, the conflict was coming from another plugin hiding the capababilities to the user, in my case the plugin disabling the usage of images was Nav Menu Roles.
