No Facebook Thumbnail

I have installed Yoast Seo plugin. Under the SOCIAL menu of Yoast SEO, i have enable “ADD META DATA…” in the facebook tab. Also i have tried putting a custom thumbnail from the individual post. However it doesnt work. Help!!
