No export function, no support

    It’s impossible to export your e-mails, even after installing an extra plugin provided by them.

    The support is unreachable, I created an account etc. impossible to reach out.

    This is very disappointing and frustrating.

    At the moment we do not have unanswered requests, so I’m not sure where and how you tried to contact us.

    About your issue: probably you’re referring to export of subscribers list, which you can do by using our free Import and Export addon, available for registered users. If you still have issues using it, we’re absolutely available for help.
