no envato account for registrated product

Hi,

You have replied on my previouse topic that I have a premium version of the plugin and I need to contact support by Envato.

The case is that a development company has bought and used your plugin for my site.

I not have their Envato account credentials where your plugin is bought and registrated.

So I cannot contact support the way you suggested in your previouse reply.

How to solve this issue so I can use the plugin support by Envato website?
