No entries or autoresponder from Ninja Forms

    I set up a mailing list in Arigato together with a form from Ninja Forms and integrated all the fields. Everything seems to be well so far.

    After submitting the form I only get a confirmation from Ninja, but no double optin from or mailing list entries to my Arigato mailing list.

    Is there something more to activate?

    The integration works fine for us and I don’t see any missing steps on your description.
    There is no form on your link so I don’t see any way to help.

    Hi there,

    I deleted the Mailing list and set up a new one. Same with Ninja form.
    I’m able to connect the Mailing list to Ninja form but there seems to be an error.

    The Ninja form is recognized but the names is empty. Also, I’m able to connect all my custom fields but not the Email field.

    I don’t see any ninja forms on your screesnhot – the drop-down is empty?

    That is what the problem is about!

    The drop down isn’t empty but the name of the Ninja form isn’t recognized. The Ninja form is the “empty entry” below -Please select- (left). As you can see on both screenshot I am able to connect my custom fields but not the essential Mail field.

    I reinstalled both plugins but it didn’t have an impact on the problem.

    Unfortunately I simply have no idea how the title could be empty. We are using the title from Ninja form. Obviously there is something wrong on your installation but I don’t know what is it.
