Hello @drmustafa1 ,
Thank you for reaching out.
At the moment, Tutor LMS does not support the “Redeem Code for WooCommerce” plugin, and it is not officially compatible with Tutor LMS. Tutor LMS supports the following monetization methods:

The issue you’re experiencing—where the order is marked as completed but the course enrollment does not happen—is likely because the Redeem Code plugin does not trigger the necessary enrollment hooks used by Tutor LMS. These hooks are essential for processing enrollments after a successful purchase.
Since this plugin isn’t integrated with Tutor LMS’s enrollment workflow, it’s expected that the student would not be enrolled even after the order shows as complete.
To ensure students are properly enrolled, we recommend using one of the supported methods mentioned above. You can follow the official documentation here to set up WooCommerce with Tutor LMS correctly:

Hello @sunjida1106 ,
Thank you for getting back to me.
I understand that the “Redeem Code for WooCommerce” plugin isn’t officially supported by Tutor LMS. This feature—enabling course enrollment via voucher or redeem codes—is very important for me.
Could you please advise if there is any solutions or alternative method or plugin that allows enrollment through voucher codes and is fully compatible with Tutor LMS?
If not, is there a recommended workaround to achieve this functionality while still ensuring proper course enrollment?
Looking forward to your suggestions.
Best regards,
Dr. Mustafa

Hello Dr. Mustafa,
Thank you so much for your patience, and I sincerely apologize for the delayed response.
I completely understand the importance of the “Redeem Code” feature for your workflow, and I truly agree that such a functionality would add great value—especially for users looking to streamline course enrollment through voucher or coupon codes.
However, I’m really sorry to say that this type of customization isn’t currently supported or possible with Tutor LMS at the moment. Since the “Redeem Code for WooCommerce” plugin isn’t officially integrated with Tutor LMS, achieving this functionality would require a level of customization that falls outside the scope of what’s currently available or recommended.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help with anything else. I’m always here to support you.
Warm regards,
Sunjida
