No end of trouble after the wp3.9.2 update
-
Hi there, just recently had a few weeks off for holidays, site running well when I left, then I come back to a fatal error message instead of my home page. I called my server provider who helped as far as they could, we even removed all plugins, and BTW I am using cutomizr child theme.
AFter removing all the plugins, and reactivating my theme from the twenty fourteen, which my server provider defaulted it to, things seemed to run.
As I reinstalled all updated plugins, everything fine, I logged out to test the site as I have memberships and wanted to be sure the secure pages where hidden, then I got the memory messages again, and I couldn7t log in again.I called my server provider who said that this is a wp issue as they have tried to fix my site but it is not a database problem or site issue. I deleted all plugins again through dreamweaver, which got the site up and running again. So I thought it is a theme conflicting with the plugins, as the theme was itself mentioned in several error messages, bought a premium theme which supports the site I want it to, but now, WP would not let me upload the new theme to it. I manually did so through dreamweaver, and site was working then bam once again after the themes default plugins were being activated the message came up again. I can no longer use the theme I had purchased. I default back to the customizr theme to get into dashboard but now I get this message.:
You have the latest version of WordPress.
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 70254592) (tried to allocate 1209840 bytes) in /***/****/public_html/bee-pop.com/wp-admin/update-core.php on line 151I have 512 mb assigned to my site by the server company I am using as they thought perhaps it could help, but didn’t.
Should I do a complete reinstall, as nothing seems to be working.
Suggestions or help will be appreciated. this has a fulltime witch hunt since monday and now I am at my wits end…
Respectfully
Wayne
