    I installed the plugin and connected to Fedex with a test API/account. I don’t see any shipping methods when I go to my cart or checkout. I’m reading the support doc “Troubleshooting WooCommerce FedEx Shipping Plugin” and it talks about checking the “enable Shipping” checkbox. However, I don’t see any of the options that appear in the screenshot in this document. Am I missing something?

    Hi @milauskas,

    You just need to enable ‘Realtime rates’ option and the services in the plugin settings page.

    Once done and if your FedEx Credentials are correct, the rates will be returning fine.

    Note: Also kindly ensure that the checkbox “Production Key” is only checked when you are using live credentials and not test credentials.

    Hi,

    I do have realtime rates checked and production key is NOT checked. I copied all the Fedex credentials to the plugin so I’m stumped as to why I don’t see anything.

    Would the default settings in my wordpress theme for woocommerce shipping (e.g., shipping zones) conflict in any way? Does Fedex Basic override these settings? Thanks again for any help.

    Our plugin works independent of WooCommerce Shipping zones. Hence, it does not affect the zone configurations or settings.

    In order to check for the exact issue, we will be needing the complete FedEx Request and Response.
    Can you please refer the below video and provide us the debug info? So that I can check and help.
