    We received an order this morning but no email was sent to our admin email address alerting us to the new order or to the customer, so she did not receive the download links for the products that she purchased. I also just did a test order and got an email at both the admin account and purchase account. How can I regenerate the order emails from this morning?

    Hi,

    could you please check under Jigoshop > Emails and see if the new Jigoshop default emails have been created. If they are not please, please go to Jigoshop > General and scroll down to the Email Details section and click the button to Generate Defaults

    Hello @shandimarie,

    As far as I understand simply sending customer an invoice will help – go to Jigoshop -> Orders, select order with the problem and click “Email invoice” button in the bottom right corner.

    It won’t be exactly the same as when placing an order, but really close. You can adjust this email contents in Jigoshop -> Emails -> “Send customer invoice”.
