    Hello Alex,
    This sounds like it could be a memory problem (you can see on the Status tab how much is available). You can try to enable debug output and then send an email (with a PDF) manually via the Order Actions on the Order Edit screen. You may then see the error. Otherwise you could look in the PHP error logs to see if you find anything related to the plugin (if you can’t access them yourself, your host should be able to help you).
