No emails sending, but no error messages

I was able to send confirmation emails a few weeks ago, but as of at least a week ago, I stopped getting confirmed subscribers and recently found out that no emails are going out whatsoever.
I subscribed with another one of my email addresses and never got a confirmation email. I added my primary confirmed email to a test newsletter list and while mailpoet said my test newsletters were going out to the test list, I never saw anything. My task scheduler, key activation and mailpoet sending service, sending queue, and completed tasks are all green, and my email is authorized. I’ve tried using both the MailPoet sending service and the default WordPress sending method, with neither giving different results. None of my emails are bounced, and only 9 out of ~30 subscribers were able to confirm their subscription (I’m assuming most didn’t get the email). I can see everyone who subscribed through my website, it’s only the emails going out that aren’t working.
I added the DNS records 24 hours ago (still invalid) but they weren’t needed when I was test sending a few weeks ago. I just set up a mailchimp account and my confirmation emails are going through with no issue over there.
I’m using namecheap and WordPress 5.7 with MailPoet 3 3.60.5 and MailPoet 3 Premium 3.60.0
