Since Amazon is increasingly taking action against it: How can it be implemented that Woocommerce does not send e-mails for Amazon orders. An exception would have to be created so that Amazon orders are not sent emails via Woocommcerce

    This is a presales question.

    Hi @beiert

    Thanks for reaching out.

Creating orders in WC from Amazon orders is a Pro only feature.

With Pro, there are the following settings:

    Disable New Order emails
    Disable On-hold Order emails
    Disable Processing Order emails
    Disable Completed Order emails
    Disable emails on status change
    Disable New Account emails

… where you can enable them all to stop Woocommerce from sending any emails to the email that exists in the WC orders created from Amazon orders.

You could also enable the “Leave email address empty” setting which will have WP-Lister remove the email from orders created in WC from Amazon orders to stop any plugin from sending an email for your Amazon orders that were created in WC.

If you decide to purchase pro, I would ask you going forward to reach out to us via our support form as the WordPress forum is for free (lite) users only 🙂

    Kind regards,
    John
