    Hello GIVE Support Team, hello Matt,
    I am asking for your support on the GIVE Plugin.
    After some study of the Plugin documentation what I find very helpful in general but it fix not the problem so far.
    Its about the auto email sending after someone made an offline donation.

    Problem Scope: No sent out off Email for Offline Donation Instructions Settings
    No Email sent out after filling the donation form

    Its about the auto email sending after someone made an offline donation.
    Problem Scope: No sent out off Emails to Admin and Donator after filling the Donation Form
    What I did so far:
    checked out: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/donation-received-email-not-working

    But it did not solve the problem.

    1.) Ok- I prepared the mail as described in the documentation

    2.) Ok – Click on Test Email is working and sends the Test Email to Admin
    3.) Problem – But when I go to the frontend of the donation page, fill in the donation form, marking offline donation, then no Email will be sent. No Email to the Admin to inform about a new donation is available and no email to the donator to give him the needing payment instructions.

    I really appreciate if someone can advise me some steps to fix that problem.

    Hi @mamowa,

    One of the steps in the documentation you linked to is to use the email log plugin to confirm that those emails are being sent. Is that what you are seeing, that the email is not being logged by the email log plugin?

    If we confirm that WordPress is sending them, that means that something “out there” in the Email service provider is preventing them from being delivered.

    If instead the email log plugin at https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ does NOT indicate that the emails are being sent from your install, then it’s a problem that we on the GiveWP side can dig into.

    Another tool that has come out since we wrote that documentation is the Offload SES plugin that gets better deliverability with emails by offloading emails to Amazon SES. There’s a free version of that plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ses/

    Keep us posted on what you find!

    Hi Ben,

    thanks for your answer and your time to help me.
    I was a little impatient and decided to go with the one and and all fix.
    I reinstalled the GIVE with all data and reinstalled it again.

    The good news is, yes now it is working fine, the bad I never get an answer what was the real issue.
