No Email sent out after filling the donation form

I am asking for your support on the GIVE Plugin.
After some study of the Plugin documentation what I find very helpful in general but it fix not the problem so far.
Its about the auto email sending after someone made an offline donation.Problem Scope: No sent out off Email for Offline Donation Instructions Settings

Problem Scope: No sent out off Emails to Admin and Donator after filling the Donation Form
What I did so far:

But it did not solve the problem.1.) Ok- I prepared the mail as described in the documentation

2.) Ok – Click on Test Email is working and sends the Test Email to Admin
3.) Problem – But when I go to the frontend of the donation page, fill in the donation form, marking offline donation, then no Email will be sent. No Email to the Admin to inform about a new donation is available and no email to the donator to give him the needing payment instructions.I really appreciate if someone can advise me some steps to fix that problem.
