    Good day,

    My admin account has suddenly stopped received emails when a new vendor signs up. I used to always receive [{site_title}] New Vendor Account emails but for some reason it has stopped. Can you please assist?

    I have checked that my email address is working, and that it is not sending emails to junk.

    @picflick, our plugin by default sends the email to admin when a vendor is added to the site.

    Can you please check whether aprt from this email, your admin is receiving all other email?

    The last email I received was 01/09/19. It was notifying me that a user had changed their password. So it seems as if emails have stopped coming through alltogether.

    Is there a possibility to see the system logs if the email is actually being sent through? Because I have also included some gmail addresses and it still is not (therefore its not my ISP) see screenshot here

    @picflick, the issue might be coming from email server.
