no email recieved after submit

    I can not recieve mail (event test mail), after subbmiting.

    This is info as u wished:

    Hi,
    i set the other entry to “resolved” because it seems that you already solved it.

    Things you can try:

    Fresh WP or only WP and a standard theme and our plugin active for testing.
    Our plugin uses the standard function for sending mails in WordPress.
    If that works activate back the theme and plugins you nee to isolate the conflict.

    Recaptcha somtimes makes an error.

    Make sure that alle steptitles and headings are filled out properly.

    and: check providers and local SPAM folders.
