No Email Petitions Menu

    There should be an option labelled Email Petitions in the left sidebar with a little clipboard icon that has a red @ sign over it. If you’ve collapsed your left sidebar, then the words “Email Petitions” will be hidden and only the icon will show. See the highlighted sidebar menu item in the screenshots for reference.

    That is the problem, It does not exist. There is no Icon or words even though the plugin is listed under plugins, and is shown as activated.

    Very strange. The menu should display for all user levels except the Contributor and Subscriber roles. If your user role is Administrator, Editor or Author, the menu should be available — which would certainly be the case if you are able to activate plugins.

    I would try deactivating and deleting the plugin and then installing again. If that doesn’t work, I’m not really sure what to tell you.

    Perhaps you have another plugin like User Admin Simplifier or similar that is set to hide certain menu options in the admin?
