    Hi cirowp,

The plugin uses WordPress’s standard wp_mail() function so if you can receive admin notifications from WordPress you should be able to receive email notifications from this plugin. Here’s what I would check if I were in your position:

    1. Have you checked the box in the settings to send an admin notification? You can do this by going to Bookings > Settings, selecting the Notifications tab, and making sure the Admin Notification checkbox is checked. The plugin will use the admin email from WordPress or you can enter your own there.

    2. Make sure the emails aren’t getting filtered into your spam box. This is common on shared web hosts, where the server sending the email can easily get a bad reputation.

    3. Make sure you can receive emails from the server. Test the core WordPress email notifications, such as new users and new comments. If you don’t receive those notifications, there’s something wrong at the server level. Contact your web host (or server provider) to troubleshoot the problem.

Problem solved… thank you very much!
It was a server problem. In free hosting there is a limit at the server level and your plugin doesn’t work in the correct way. No email notifications was sent.
I reinstall the same plugin on ARUBA server and all is OK!
I hope this information helps someone.
    Thanks a lot Nate.
    Have a nice day.

Hi, I have the same problem but I can’t solve.

    1. I have checked the box in the settings to send an admin notification.
    2. The email aren’t getting filtered into spam box.
    3. I receive WordPress email notification.

Is there anything else I can do?

    Hi rpress1971,

The next step would be to contact your ISP to confirm if the email is actually getting sent. They should be able to check your server’s email logs to see if an email was sent out. This will at least tell you if the problem is with your server or if it’s with the recipient email ISP.
