    Hi

    I created a coupon code and then applied on checkout.
    The checkout processes it and all is fine. But no completed order or new order emails being sent. I checked on normal checkout without coupon, it is fine.
    I have a email log that i use for checking.

    Okay, this is interesting.

    When you are applying the coupon code, the email logging plugin does not log any emails?

    If you do not get the email even on the email logging plugin, I assume there is a conflict with the emails. Sometimes if we use custom code or an email template and that template gets a conflict then the emails are not triggered properly.

    To find out the issue you can do a conflict test. `Can you please run through these tests and let me know how it goes?

    1. Switch to a default theme i.e. Twenty Twenty / Storefront
    2. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and then perform the checkout with coupon.
    3. Check your email log.

    If you find it working without another plugin or theme then go ahead and activate the plugins one by one to find out the faulty one. More details on the <a href=”https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/&#8221; rel=”noopener” target=”_blank”>conflict test here</a>.

    If the above does not help please share your WooCommerce configuration details from wp-admin > WooCommerce > Status so we can understand a bit more about the problem.
