    Hey @paul331111,

We just have had a look at your store and observed that there is a jQuery error occurring at each page(Screenshot for reference).

Please resolve the jQuery error as it blocks the loading of the GA tracking snippet via our plugin and then check for the working of tracking.

    Stay Safe!!

    Regards,
    Tatvic Analytics.

    Hi Tatvic,

Thank you for the response, this is not something I’ve seen before, do you have any guidance on resolving it please?

    Appreciate your assistance here.

    Thanks

    Hi @paul331111,

The jQuery is not defined error is occurring as the js library is not getting loaded on every page. So to resolve this please make sure the js library gets loaded.

Also, we again visited your store and observed that there are two additional GA tracking scripts present in your store(Script1, Script2).

Please remove these two additional scripts as they may conflict with the tracking snippet via our plugin.

We hope this helps. Please post us after removing the snippets and resolving the jQuery issue so that we could check the working of our plugin.

    Regards,
    Tatvic Analytics.

Hello, i’m having the same issue with https://www.myokem.com/. no ecommerce data flowing to GA. we had this plugin before and it worked, but having issues now that we removed it and reinstalled. it’s been 3 days so the data shouldn’t take that long. Please advise

    Hi @gabrielleschmidt,

We have had a look at your store and observed that the tracking is working smoothly till the checkout step (Screenshot for reference).

Further, we could not check the working of tracking at the thankyou page due to payment restrictions and due to the forum policies, we cannot ask the information required to make a test transaction and then check the working at the thankyou page.
Just FYI, if the communication channel would have been different one then surely we could have helped further.

    We hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Tatvic Analytics.

Dear support can you analyze also the issue on my website http://www.greencountry.biz?
I see on GA: 0€ revenue, 0 transactions, 0 impressions and so on..
    Can you help me?

    Hi @scribit,

We looked at your store and observed that there is a ‘gtag is not defined’ error popping up at each page of the store(Screenshot).

The error is occurring as it seems “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js'” in the Tatvic plugin’s configuration settings is unchecked. Please check this option to resolve the error and hopefully the tracking on your store would start working.

We hope this helps. Please post us if you are still not able to get the data in GA.

    Regards,
    Tatvic Analytics.

Thank you @tatvic . It works.
I thought that option is not necessary because I have another plugin to manage GA integration.

My site (https://www.chaisfood.com) got the same issue. I wonder if it is caused by Tag Manager.

    Hi @wckchai,

We looked at your store and observed that there is a ‘gtag is not defined’ error popping up in your store(Screenshot).

The error is occurring as it seems “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js’” option in the Tatvic plugin’s configuration settings is unchecked. Please check this option to resolve the error.

Also, there is a jQuery error occurring in your store, which blocks the tracking via our plugin(Screenshot).

The possible cause of this jQuery error is that the jQuery library is not getting loaded. Since you are using the wp-rocket plugin, you can make the required changes in it so that the jQuery library gets loaded (safe mode for jquery).

We hope the tracking on your store would start working after resolving the gtag and jQuery issues. Please post us if you are still not able to get the data in your GA.

    Regards,
    Tatvic Analytics.
