No Download links or Login details after paying for 5 site subscription

We have been tiring to login to the accounts section to download the Pro version a Events Manager. We paid for a 5 site pack at $150 last Wed(26th)/Thursday on our card. Payment appears to have been taken but we have not revived any login details for the pro downloads area. We did receive a mail about the subscription see details below, but at the moment we have no method of downloading the pro version of the plugin that was purchased.
We have tried to request a password resent using the email address we used [email address removed from public forum] and now we are just getting this message:
“You have been locked out by our security system. If you feel this is in error, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us on [email address removed from public forum]
