No download button after subscribing and verifying

Hi,

I got my download in there.

I selected my landing page and put the code on it.

Then I tested it out…

It sends me an email with the link in it, and the link brings me to the landing page, but there’s no button there. It’s just the blank form telling me to subscribe again.

Help?
