  • I purchased Alexandria Business Pro 3 days ago.

    I must say that after having spent a few hours reading the forum, I am totally disappointed by the answers given by the Themealley developper(s)… I spent another few hours trying to get what I wanted for my website, and my opinion is that it’s the kind of theme that looks good at first glance, but that requires too much time in guessing what can be done with it, (no documentation) or trying to understand the developper(s) answer when they are as short as a “no”…

    The only topic that seems to be explained in details, is their non-refund policy…

    Other bad point, even though it says somewhere that it is “multilingual”, it’s not compatible with WPML and therefore is strictly limited to a single language publication. (They say you can translate pages… But what comes with the theme options cannot be translate…)

    Really disappointed by the way ThemeAlley people treat their customers.
    That was my first try… And last try with them before I spend too much time with it.

    This is not the place to review the pro version but let me clarify :

    There is required documentation in the theme setup page, link to which is in the email you receive after purchase. There is enough documentation in the theme options page too, Select the layout and fill the details in its settings tab.

    The only “no” you get is if you ask for features that are not advertised.

    Theme is translation ready, you have to translate it yourself.
