 * I installed it and saw NO change on any page. There is also no documentation 
   on the web site. Who knows what this is supposed to do and how it works?

 * Use your code editors: wp-admin/theme-editor.php or wp-admin/plugin-editor.php
   
   The plugin, as written in the description, keeps track of changes you apply there.
