 * “Include the code [bookings] in any page to display the bookings form. There 
   are differrent options for formatting the bookings form that are documented on
   our site.”
 * The link that is provided to their site is their sales page. No documentation.
   Now this wouldn’t be a problem but I’m getting errors with the plugin. Chances
   are I have settings wrong which are causing issues but how can I fix it without
   instructions? Complete waste of time.

 * Looks like you missed the various links at the bottom of every single administration
   page of Bookings. This includes links to the user manual, the forums, etc.

 * Looks like the link on the wiki was an old link, this has been updated now.
