    Hello,

    the input is not displayed when I click on the custom button on my mobile phone? I use the kunco theme.

    Hi @radoncode,

    I just verified on two different mobile devices what you are seeing there.

    It’s something to do with the custom functionality of that theme, but what I see is that on the initial page load, the entire div containing that element is set to “disply:none” and then when the donor clicks for a custom amount, some jQuery/javaScript on the page sets the display to “block” on that element.

    That functionality works on desktop, but even if I just toggle my Chrome browser into “mobile” display in the developer tools, that jQuery/JavaScript is not working to toggle the display mode at all.

    That’s custom functionality being added to the GiveWP donation form by the theme, and that’s a premium theme.

    By default, that div will display on GiveWP. The theme developer has chosen to hide it on page load. We are not allowed by forum rules to support premium products (ours or others) here, so you’d need to reach out to the theme developer to determine if that functionality is intended.
