Thank you for sharing your feedback.We would appreciate some clarification regarding the “extra cost for 365” you are referring to. Our plugin itself does not charge any additional or hidden fees to free users or random visitors. Any charges only apply when a customer intentionally purchases one of our paid plans/licenses.
If you are referring to Microsoft 365 licensing, those subscriptions are provided and billed directly by Microsoft, not by our plugin. Since the plugin integrates with Microsoft services and APIs, users are expected to already have a compatible Microsoft environment if they intend to use those features.
That being said, we are always open to improving our documentation and onboarding experience to make requirements clearer for users evaluating the plugin.
Feel free to elaborate further on your concern so we can better understand and address it.

Thank you for clarifying your concern.
The Microsoft 365 integration is part of our premium feature set, which is clearly separated from the free version of the plugin. There are no hidden charges involved, users only pay if they intentionally choose to purchase access to those advanced integration features.
Maintaining and supporting integrations with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365 requires ongoing development, API compatibility updates, security maintenance, testing, and support resources. That is why these features are offered under a paid plan.
The free version remains available for users who do not require those premium Microsoft integration capabilities.
If there is a specific place where you feel the premium nature of the feature was not communicated clearly enough, feel free to let us know and we will review it.
