No Difference in GTmetrics

I installed and ran this plugin which appears to have compressed about 450M of my images. It appears to have worked on my backend, however when I run GTmetrics to see the improvements, there is no difference in the results of the reports. As a matter of fact, my host provider pointed out that the images reported on GTmetrics are not even on the server, as they appear to be on http://i1.wp.com/… for some reason. And I am still getting poor results from this report even after running your plugin. What could be going on?
