I only get Publish as an option. We recently redid the whole Channel on Apple News, so that these articles were cleared out of that, but in WordPress they’re still showing up – which is weird since it is an entirely new channel – new API key, Secret, etc.

Would like to delete all of these from the Articles listing. I have over 200K articles in there (was auto-ingesting from Associated Press, that’s why we redid the channel – don’t want those going to Apple News…)

Tried the query referenced here: https://github.com/alleyinteractive/apple-news/issues/877

But that only found 192 instances in the DB. Cleared those out the article listing hasn’t changed in WordPress.

    Any help appreciated.

Should point out – tried the query with the post ID taken out and did a SELECT first. 192 instances. Deleted those – that is the 192 referenced which didn’t change anything.

Sorry – on further review – is the Apple News plugin just showing every single article on the site? That seems particularly inefficient for large sites. Showing what has been published to Apple News (sent as draft or published really) is much more useful to our large site…

Any chance there’s a hook to narrow down the listing?

It shows all articles that are able to be published to Apple News, and gives you the opportunity to publish them from that listing view, without having to go to the post type and find the article there and then open it and publish it from the sidebar.

If you change the value in the “Show All Statuses” dropdown you can filter by published, not published, pending, or deleted. If you want to show published articles only, you can change the dropdown to Published and click the Filter button.
