no dbem rows in wp_options table

What could be happening that the plugin isn’t saving its settings to the database, there is no dbem prefixed rows in wp_options table. I realized it becasue the small calendar widget were not behaving as it should according to settings and then i compared the wp_options table with the one at my local environment and then realized that those rows don’t exist at the remote wp_options table.
Ideas?
