No date for “Per page” and “Referrer”
-
Hello
I have installed yesterday Burst Statistics which look promising…
But there is no data in Per page and Referrer in Statistics (‘No data available in table”)… I saw that another user had the same issue… so maybe this is something you need to understand and fix on your side.
I am trying at the same time other stats plugin and they are showing correctly those informations…
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @byothe,
Is data showing in the other blocks? If there is, could you open the console and check if there are any errors?
Kind regards,
HesselHello @hesseldejong
Hello yes, there is data in other blocks…
What do you mean by “open the console and check if there are any errors” .
Thanks
Hi @byothe,
To open the console, you need to:
- Go to the ‘Statistics’ page where the Per page and referrers should be showing.
- 2. Right-click on an empty area of the webpage, then select “Inspect” from the context menu that appears.
- 3. The “Inspect” window will open. Click on the “Console” tab at the top of this window.
This will open the console. If there are any errors on the webpage, they will be displayed in the console. This way we can identify where the issue might be.
I hope this helps! I’d really like to solve this issue. So thank you for opening a support request.
Kind regards,
HesselOk there are 20 errors there… Not sure how you want me to send them to you… is a copy paste ok ?

Hi @byothe,
Thanks for pasting the errors. 20 errors is a lot and it is very unlikely that all of them are caused by Burst Statistics. It looks like there might be a conflict with another plugin or extension. To troubleshoot this, you can try a few things:
- Check if any browser plugins or extensions, such as security plugins, REST API plugins, or adblockers, are blocking certain resources from loading. If you’re using any of these, try disabling them and checking the Burst Statistics page again.
- If that does not solve the issue, I’d recommend installing the WordPress Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This can help you identify which plugin is causing the issue. To use it:
- Go to Installed plugins
- Next to Burst Statistics, you will see a new option ‘Troubleshooting’. Click.
- You should now be running only Burst Statistics. Go to the Burst Statistics page and check if the error persists. If it does not persist, the issue is not caused by Burst. If it does, please let me know and we will look into it.
- If the issue did not persist, try enabling all your other plugins one by one and check if the issue returns. This way, you can determine which plugin is causing the conflict.
I hope this is clear. If you need any help or have more questions let me know. We’re happy to help.
Kind regards,
HesselHey @hesseldejong
I can confirm you that the probleme comes from the plugin All In One WP Security
When I deactivated it, I got the stats fine !
Now I have to figure how to fix that… any idea ?

Hi @byothe,
Great to hear you’re closer to finding the problem.
I’ve installed All In One WP Security & Burst Statistics on an empty WP install to check if it has any conflict, that is not the case.
I would take the same sort of route, change the settings and check if Burst works. I would start by going to General Settings. You see can disable two things:
- Disable security features
- Disable all firewall rules
Disabling both one at a time can give you more information on which setting is causing the issue. After this, I would try and change the settings one by one to check if Burst still works. Tedious, but it is the only way to pin point the problem.
I hope this helps, and let me know what you find. If you’re stuck and can’t find the problem, also let me know. We’ll try a different approach.Kind regards,
HesselOk I try to do this… but the result was that the features were all disabled with no option to reanable them as they were before…
Burst works fine with all features disabled…
So I tried to reanable features that I thought were useful for me one by one… and Burst is still working fine..
I wish I could have told you which feature was causing the problem…
Hi @byothe,
I’m sorry! I did not know those would delete all the options. That could have been more clear.
Happy that Burst is still working fine though. If you ever come across the setting that was causing the issue or have a different question, feel free to let us know.
Kind regards,
Hessel
