That’s happening to my sites as well.

Ok, so I’m not the only one, but the developers says that the plugin works well with 4.8.3, why?
Yep, me too. With WP Cloudy 4.4.1 and WP 4.8.3, I’m seeing the same issues described in this and other support threads.
I’ve tried clearing the WP Cloudy cache, I’ve tried both with/without my API key, and generating a new key, and waiting / being patient after reading this article; [https://openweathermap.org/appid#work].
Something is not right here?

Same, clearcing cache and delete/restore the plugin does not work, i think that this problem is going to take time to be resolved, and i’m not going to downgrade my wp version because the last update is a fix for security.
@all: many users reported the same problem. We are investigating if it’s related to the update (4.8.3) or to a change in the OpenWeatherMap API.
Having the same issue on a clients site http://firstbaycoolum.com.au/
If anyone has figured out a solution to this problem please keep us posted.
Kind of urgent – but I am imagining you’re already getting flooded with support emails.
Good luck.
@all: please update to 4.4.2!

Updated, but it does not work, also wordpress today is updating to 4.9!
Hi rainbowgeek
For me the updated plugin worked, thanks
Don’t forget to clear the weather cache in WP Cloudy settings after updating.
