    HI There,

    Thanks for coming back to me, here is a screen shot of the page

    There seems to be a javascript problem.

    I have updated the software to the newest version, does the screenshot help at all, otherwise i would need to setup a staging version of the site.

    Hi, James.

    I just tested in two sites, It worked well.

    So please check these things.
    1. Did you upgrade to 0.1.4 version?
    If you look “ALL TIME” option in the date range dropdown, it means you use latest version correctly.

    2. Did you refresh browser once?

    3. Do you have “complete” or “refunded” transactions in the selected date range in your screenshot?

    And I will add a 0 transactions validation module.
    I guess you have no transactions in the last 30 days.

    If i login using incognito mode i still get nothing, as shown in my screenshot

    it looks like a script is not loading for some reason. Ill create a staging version of the site

    Thanks, all sorted. I really appreciate all your help and being so fast. Will you be doing a version that allows for csv exports? Maybe in a paid version?

    @jameshofton I’m glad to hear it fixed your issue.

    This plugin was originally developed for our own internal use. And I wanted to release it to the community because I was so annoyed at how limited the built-in MP reports was.

    A commercial version is doable but would have to cost at least $100-200/year to be worth our development time and I don’t think the CSV export function alone justifies that.

    However…you should keep suggesting features. And in time we might have ideas and set time aside to make a life-changing reports plugin. Until then, please enjoy this community version. Thank you, James!
