    Hi,

    the Enhanced Ecommerce in my Google Analytics account does not detect data.
    Urls with “order-received” are also not detected in the “behavior” section.

    Can you help me?

    Thanks for reaching out for the support.

    We did a test shopping journey until the checkout page and observed that the plugin tracked the required data at each stage of the shopping journey on your store(Screenshot for reference).

    Further, we couldn’t check the working of the plugin at the thankyou page due to payment restrictions on the site and we can’t ask for your inputs that we need to check the working of the plugin at the thankyou page due to the forum policy.

    We could have validated the working of the plugin at the thankyou page if the communication channel would have been a different one.

    OK, but I have this message in Google Analytics:

    Missing e-commerce Data
    
    First detection: 26-Mar-2020 10.12.21
    Last detection: 2-May-2020 17.46.06
    
    The display of All Website Data is configured for e-commerce, but no data on recent transactions has been received. Your site may not be coded for e-commerce.

    As we are sure about the correct tracking of eCommerce shopping journey data until the checkout page via our plugin and the same should be reflected in your Checkout Behaviour Report.

    So please share a screenshot of the Checkout Behaviour Report so that we could suggest you better.

    Hi,

    This is a screenshot of Checkout Behaviour Reports.
    As you can see, the message “Missing e-commerce Data” is always present.
    Even though we made few sales, we did some. Yet it is not detected.

    What could be the problem?

    Hi @nero2001,

    After looking at the shared “Checkout Behaviour Report’s” screenshot, we could confirm that until the checkout page data are getting tracked and pushed into GA via our plugin.

    The message “Missing e-commerce Data” is showing up because data from the thankyou page are not getting captured in GA.
    And to identify the cause of the issue, we need to make a test order and debug why the data are not getting captured at the thankyou page but due to payment restrictions, we are not able to place a test order.

    Here we can’t ask the information that we need to make a test order due to forum policies. Also, we could have asked the information if the communication channel would have been a different one.
