No data in Access Log

    After updating to Slimstat Analytics 4.8.4.1, the Access Log no longer displays anything.
    I also use “IP Address Fix”. Does this affect?

    Hi @k1d,

    would you mind checking your web server error log to see if there’s anything related to Slimstat there? Version 4.8.4.1 adds two new columns to the main table we use to store all the pageviews, and I’m afraid the upgrade did not go as planned in your case.

    Unfortunately, the rental server I use doesn’t provide enough logs.
    The following message is recorded, is this from Slimstat?

    Yes, as I suspected the table upgrade script did not work as expected in your case, probably because your WordPress/MySQL user doesn’t have enough permissions to modify a table’s structure. Do you have access to tools like phpMyAdmin to manually update the table?

    Yes. According to the online help, that’s possible.
    It is written in Japanese.
