Waiting for them to find out what PHP version their server is running – have done all the updates and all relevant (and non- relevant) plugins are at their latest version. Is it possible that upgrading the PHP version will fix the problem? When they upgraded they deprecated some things that EBD was using to interact with their process. We just pushed v5.1.1 to address this issue. This seems to work across the board from PHP 5.6 up. If you are still having issues after updating please let me know and we will try to get them fix ASAP.
