# no data at all

 * Hi,
 * there is no data in any of reports. In the settings, import historical data part
   is greyd out and not possible to start import. Status is – nothing to import.
   
   At the same time i receive no errors.

 * Thanks for letting us know about this. Could you try going to WooCommerce → Status
   → Scheduled Actions → Pending? If there is any task of the group `wc-admin-data`,
   that means cron jobs are not running and that’s why the data is not being filled
   up.
 * I would recommend contacting your web host so they can set up your WordPress 
   cron jobs to run automatically.

 * There are no pending jobs there. Cron is running.

 * yes, lot of 500 errors:

 * Those 500 errors indicate an issue with the REST API on your site. Are you able
   to capture a screenshot of the errors, or better yet – errors in your PHP logs?
