No Dashboard

I am logged into the page but have zero access to anything. I can’t create a page nor is there an option. I am just trying to import all my information from my wordpress.com site to wordpress.org. I’ve been at this for many hours. I am clueless when it comes to code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
